Active Handling System Immediately applies any of the four brakes to help the driver maintain control if sensors detect a situation outside normal parameters.

4-wheel power-assisted disc brakes with ABS This four channel Antilock Braking System includes a steering sensor. Z06 receives high-performance 6-piston front and 4-piston rear calipers and cross-drilled rotors.

All-speed traction control Uses braking and engine torque reduction when excessive wheel spin is detected to maintain traction on slick surfaces. It may be turned off for competitive driving.

Variable-ratio power steering Standard. The system is calibrated to be more stable at highway speeds. The variable-ratio feature quickens the steering at larger steering angles to help enhance low-speed maneuverability
