GMC debuts new 2021 Yukon SUVs

Introducing the new 2021 GMC Yukon! General Motors revealed the redesigned GMC Yukon and Yukon XL models earlier this month much to the surprise of automotive fans across the world. But GM didn’t just reveal two new Yukon models, it unveiled three, which includes an all-new AT4 model. Best of all, the 2021 GMC Yukon is set for a summer 2020 release date.

2021 GMC Yukon XL specs

Both the 2021 GMC Yukon and Yukon XL will be available with the choice of three engine options. Choices include a 355-hp, 5.3-liter V8, a 420-hp, 6.2-liter V8 and a new 3.0-liter diesel engine, all of which come paired with a 10-speed transmission. The SUVs are available with a long list of premium equipment, including 12.6-inch-diagonal touchscreens for the rear seats, a 10-inch diagonal center infotainment screen and much more.

Also available is a new Denali model with an all-new exterior design and luxurious interior details. These include open pore woods, hand-stitched leather upholstery and a generous selection of premium features. In fact, it’s the equipment and the unique, high-end details that set the Denali apart from the new AT4 model. Overall, the 2021 GMC Yukon AT4 has darker exterior accents, all-terrains tires, a two-speed transfer case, confident off-road performance and much more.

The next-generation Yukon is also available with a new nine camera views to provide more visibility when maneuvering the vehicle, especially when towing. The nine camera views include high definition surround vision, a rearview camera mirror, standard front camera view, front top-down view, a hitch view and much more.
