Engines 

The 2023 Chevy Camaro offers three different engines, each with its own unique characteristics. The base engine is a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that delivers 275 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. The mid-range engineis a 3.6-liter V6 that produces 335 horsepower and 284 lb-ft of torque. Next is a 6.2-liter V8 that produces an incredible 455 horsepower and 455 lb-ft of torque. Lastly, the top-of-the-line engine is a supercharged version of the V8 that creates pavement-melting horsepower and torque of 650 each. This setup can propel the Camaro from 0-60 MPH in just 3.5 seconds, which is in supercar territory. 

Transmission 

 The 2023 Chevy Camaro comes standard with a six-speed manual transmission, but a 10-speed automatic is also available. The automatic transmission includes paddle shifters mounted on the steering wheel for quick and easy gear changes.

Handling 

The 2023 Chevy Camaro features a sport-tuned suspension that delivers precise handling and a smooth ride. Magnetic Ride Control is available on the SS and ZL1 models, which adjusts the suspension in real-time to deliver optimal performance. 

Brakes 

The Camaro’s braking system is also impressive, with Brembo performance brakes standard on all models. The SS and ZL1 models feature six-piston front and four-piston rear Brembo brakes for even greater stopping power.
